Hi, I’m Jeff.
I’m a New York-based writer, actor, improviser, director, and dad.
I’ve spent the last 14 years writing, performing, directing and producing sketch comedy at every theater in town.
I’m a current UCB Maude writer, and my online work has been featured on FunnyorDie, ComedyCake and BroadwayWorld.
I’m 5’11, and this year, god willing, my grandpa will turn 100.
I once ran 13 straight miles, and know a lot about IVF.
I am a very easy cry, and have taught a TON of corporate improv.
About Me, Jeff
My parents met when my dad’s accounting firm took over my mom’s accounting firm.
That’s true. To honor them, I became an accountant.
To dishonor them, I left accounting to become a writer, director and performer.
In addition to my creative work, I run a small business that leverages theater and improv to grow teams and leaders. We’re called Riff Consulting and we do cool work.
I met my wife when she was 80 years old.
Well. Playing 80 years old in a production of Tennessee Williams Summer and Smoke. I love her and she rocks. She is extremely talented and the best voice over actor I know. You can check out her stuff here.
I was born on the early 00’s mockumentary, and there shall I die.
Mike Schur doesn’t know this, but I think about him all the time. Tim Robinson too. People often tell me I’m the Tim Robinson of Corporate Improv. I always take it as a compliment.
Here’s what I’m working on
